Professionalism, integrity, timely, reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, communicates clearly and effectively, trustworthy, sincere, conscientious, discreet, accuracy, and other similar qualities are desirable of a real estate agent. Judy Winter exemplified those qualities when aiding us through the buying experience and over three years later through the selling experience. Being able to look through properties carefully without interference is another quality of Judy; however, she was always available to respond to inquiries. Feedback from sellers and from potential buyers helps gauge activity and Judy’s timeliness at sharing information was appreciated. Having Judy on our side through both processes was a blessing.
