Buyers begin to make offers and we reach out to you!

5. Negotiate Terms

Now is when you negotiate the terms of the contract between you and the buyer.

6. Inspections and Appraisals

We will communicate with you what is needed during this process.

7. Finalize Negotiations

Signing the contract and making any last minute changes.

8. Closing

This may be the end this time, but we'll be here when  you're ready to sell again. Enjoy your new home!
